It is critical that we – as a community – come together to support our youth with disabilities.  I have been an employment advocate for individuals with unique needs for 7+ years and have even had the opportunity to work with a couple of ICKC students.  My youngest sister – who sadly passed away in January 2020 – taught me so much about the complex challenges and the deep need for a variety of supports to help her thrive.
